Refund and Returns Policy

At Fashion-Italy, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Each of our products is crafted with care, tested for quality, and packaged to ensure safe delivery. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned:
- Items that have been visibly used or damaged after delivery.
- Customized or limited-edition products made specifically for you.
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
